Welcome to Pringle Bay and our light-filled kitchen and home.
Menu will be Banting/LCHF friendly but also with loads for lovers of sugars and carbs.
Advance payment of R350 per head is essential as there are only eight places at each pop-up.
The menu for December and January might include chicken liver pate hummus with home-baked bread and crackers; smoked, slow-cooked and shredded beef brisket in a rich tomato sauce, vegetarian chickpea, turmeric and egg curry, cauliflower puree and steamed broccoli; green salad with a selection of local cheeses, followed by rich and 100% non-Banting chocolate brownie, carrot cupcakes and peanut cookies with coffee/tea. Guests are invited to bring their own wine.
Dishes will be set up family-style for guests to help themselves as many times as they wish.
